Hot race and surprising results were the Truck race at Nogaro!
The race in Nogaro again saw one of those little miracles that raise an athlete for hours in the sky. On Saturday after the second race coming talent Benedek major stood at the top of the podium.
Truck Racing is the hardest class in motorsport - and Benedek Major is the youngest in the starting field. Just 16 years old, the Hungarian is a young talent who only won his third race in the cockpit of a truck in Nogaro. There were a few lucky coincidences together - but Benedek had also contributed its part to the fact that after the second race, he could stand on top of the podium on Saturday.
Part one of this amazing power was that he could fight for eighth place in the first championship race, in the second race - starting with twisted - meant the pole position. Part two of the performance was to be done with the fluttering nerves and to create a flawless, faultless run. The Major certainly benefited from this, that the Frenchman Anthony Janiec held him back free. By namely quite broad set out on the slopes, what the racers is more infamous than famous. A look at the results tells the story: Janiec came in second place five seconds behind the youngster to the finish - and the back four, which dragged the driver of the white Renault behind him, was within one second.
