A new case of police brutality came to light. This time it was in Texas where a police officer during an arrest exceeded a driver of a van that was allegedly involved in an accident from which he fled. A video filmed by the camera agent uniform shows how this unexplained fires his taser gun on the alleged infringer, Donny James Hinshaw, 30.
As well tells the web Car Scoops, the action takes place when the police officer Robert Siegler gives high driving the truck Hinshaw. When he got out, approached Siegler repeated quickly and strongly to put his hands on the truck, he was arrested. Hinshaw asked "Why?" Several times, but only got in response electric shock taser gun police agent.
Once in the soil and reduced Siegler proceeded to handcuff him and explained to the driver of the truck was being arrested for having absconded after what appears to be a hit. To which Hinshaw said he had not beaten anyone, indeed, he had been beaten and was heading home to report it.
Some local media have echoed the police excess, where Hinshaw, for example, has stated that the officer "had no reason to use the taser against him." According to that contained in the pages of the newspaper of the city, the Cleburne Times, the Police Department sent a brief statement in which it stated that "there had not been any official complaint from Mr. Hinshaw, for it would be inappropriate to speculate or comment on this point. The accusations are just that, allegations, "topped the note.
It is not the first controversy related to the police in recent weeks. I recently (though this time in Spain), died a cyclist hit by a police car.
