According to Les Echos, Renault is expected to sell 100,000 diesel engines to Mercedes for this team's future C-Class and Vito utility.
Good news for Renault! According to Les Echos, the manufacturer should provide a Mercedes diesel engine. This block will host two models Star: the future C-Class, hidden surprise in April and is expected to be marketed in 2014, and Vito utility.
The engine in question should be the 1.6-liter, called R9M, which already takes place on Scénic and Mégane but also the Nissan Qashqai, the Japanese partner of the diamond.
Also according to the business daily, the command should be about 100,000 units by 2015 and return to the factory Cleon (Seine-Maritime), which already produces engines and transmissions for the Renault group.
